Some helpful information

The beach car park gets very busy on warm sunny days. There is a parking charge of £5 for 3 hours and £8 for the day.

The beach road tidal floods occasionally. November dates for possible road floods are 5th November, 13th- 20th, 30th.

It can be dangerous to try to walk to the wreck off Brancaster beach, as the tide comes in from behind. Also beware of getting stranded on Scolt Head Island, as this has happened a few times this year already

A webcam of Brancaster Harbour can be seen 24/7 at the Brancaster Staithe Sailing Club website.

Tennis courts are available for hire, located at Brancaster Village Hall, and Staithe Vilage Hall tennis courts,
