Some helpful information
The beach car park gets very busy on warm sunny days. There is a parking charge of £5 for 3 hours and £8 for the day.
The beach road floods occasionally. September dates for possible road floods are the 8th (am tide), 16th,(am tide), and 18th am tide.
It can be dangerous to try to walk to the wreck off Brancaster beach, as the tide comes in from behind
A webcam of Brancaster Harbour can be seen 24/7 at the Brancaster Staithe Sailing Club website.
Tennis courts are available for hire, located at Brancaster Village Hall, and Staithe Vilage Hall tennis courts,
There is such an enjoyable marshside walk along the newly constructed path, from Staithe village green to Brancaster
